Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to contracts for which no statutory exclusion exists.
No Right of Withdrawal (Event Bookings): For services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period (e.g., the booking of our escape rooms and any inextricably linked additional services or drinks), there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. Your booking is immediately binding.
Right of Withdrawal (Vouchers/Merchandise): The following cancellation policy applies exclusively to contracts for which a statutory right of withdrawal is provided by law (e.g., the online purchase of gift vouchers without a fixed date or merchandise items).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the order confirmation was delivered via e-mail.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, an e-mail, or by completing the withdrawal form within your booking). The statement can be delivered to us via e-mail, post, or telephone.
-> For contact details, please see Legal Notice
If you wish, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, if possible, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
